Pricing & Taxes

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Shipping cost: $7.50 flat rate, or free for registered Members.

We primarily use UPS, FedEx, or USPS for domestic shipments. Expedited shipping may be available upon request (additional fees apply).

International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory compliance in their destination country.
Healing Wellness CBD is not liable for customs delays, seizure, or loss due to local import restrictions.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon shipment from our facility.
Healing Wellness CBD is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, carrier issues, or government restrictions.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping back any item.

  • Opened products cannot be returned.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the product is received.

If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and may reship the order.
We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
