Where We Ship

We ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to Idaho or internationally.

Processing & Carriers

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri; excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Primary carrier: USPS; we may also use UPS or FedEx.
  • Estimated delivery: up to 7 business days after shipment.

Delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons can extend transit times.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate: $5.00 on orders under $100 (pre-tax, after discounts).
  • Free standard shipping: orders $100+ (pre-tax, after discounts).

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We may be unable to modify orders once they enter fulfillment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship after it is returned to us; additional postage will apply.

PO Boxes, Signature & Special Instructions

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Signature service may be available on request (fees may apply). Carrier “special delivery” requests are not guaranteed.

Tracking, Lost or Missing Packages

  • Tracking information is emailed when the label is created.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office.
  • Delivered-but-missing packages are not covered for replacement. For in-transit losses (no delivery scan after a reasonable period), contact us within 7 days of the last scan; we’ll initiate a carrier trace and, if confirmed lost, arrange a reshipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product. We will provide a quick resolution (replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate).

Return Eligibility

  • Unopened, unused products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened products are not eligible for return due to safety and quality standards.
  • Final sale items, promotional gifts, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/card to post the refund.

Refused & Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused or undeliverable and returned to us, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund the product price minus shipping and any carrier return fees.

Compliance, Testing & Notices

  • Hemp-derived products contain <0.3% THC by dry weight where applicable.
  • Each batch is third-party lab tested for potency and purity; COAs are available.
  • Long-term use of full-spectrum products may result in a positive THC drug test.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier interruptions, weather, disasters, labor disputes, acts of government).
